Are these the intercessions used inside an ordination rite?
These are examples for the parish’s prayer before an ordination or for related occasions. The ordination itself must follow the approved liturgical book and diocesan preparation.
Can I name the ordinand?
Yes. Use the correct name and ministry. Before ordination, do not describe the person as already ordained; afterward, update the wording accurately.
Can the set be used for an ordination anniversary?
Yes. The third option includes an anniversary petition. A brief request for strength and joy is suitable without a lengthy tribute to years of ministry.
